- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for a commercial item prepared in accordance with the format outlined in FAR Subpart 12.6, FAC 2005-53 (4 Aug 2011) and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The NAICS code for this solicitation is 423810 and the Small Business Size Standard is 100 employees. This synopsis/solicitation is set-aside for small business. We will award one or more delivery order contracts using commercial acquisition procedures in accordance with FAR 12. This will allow the agency to place separate orders up to the stated quantity at prices established in this contract till 30Sep12.
