Description

Instructions and Technical Specifications This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-53. The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service in New Mexico intends to award a firm fixed price contract to a business capable of providing and delivering six (6) GE Panametrics Flow Meter Kits in accordance with the Specifications included in the attached package. This is an unrestricted acquisition. The applicable NAICS code is 334513. Preparation of Offers In order to receive consideration for award of this contract, prospective offerors are requested to submit quotations consisting of the following: • Completed and Signed STANDARD FORM (SF) 1449 (one signed copy) • Acknowledgment of all Amendments on Standard Form 30, (If applicable) • Completed and signed BID SCHEDULE • Completed REPRESENTATIONS, CERTIFICATIONS AND OTHER STATEMENTS OF OFFERORS (Or statement that ORCA record is applicable) • Provided DUNS number on the front of SF 1449 Submit offers to USDA-NRCS, Attention: Bridget B. Howell, Contracting Officer, 6200 Jefferson Street NE, Suite 305, Albuquerque, NM 87109. Electronic submission of offers is acceptable to bridget.howell@nm.usda.gov. Offerors are responsible for obtaining confirmation of the receipt of electronically submitted offers. Offers are due by 12:00 PM MST on Friday, September 16, 2011.
