- The Department of Veterans Affairs, Office of Acquisition and Logistics, Technology Acquisition Center (TAC), located at 260 Industrial Way West, Eatontown, New Jersey 07724) intends to award a six (6) month firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract for executive recruitment support services to Golden Key Group for recruitment support. Required services include advertising and recruiting, identification of potential candidates for designated positions, sourcing and screening of candidates for application, and management support. This effort is issued under the authority of 38 U.S.C. 8127(c), Veterans First Contracting Program. Contracts awarded using this authority are supported by written justifications as required by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-5, "Authorized or required by statute." Performance will be at the Contractor's facility. Deliverables are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance at Destination. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 561312 with the corresponding small business size standard of $7.0M. The solicitation number assigned to this effort is VA118-11-RP-0705 and will be issued on or about September 15, 2011. An award date no later than September 27, 2011 is desired.
