- Notice of Intent to Award a Sole Source Contract Extension The Army Contracting Command-National Capital Region (ACC-NCR), intends to award a sole source contract option year extension under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (2) - FAR 16.505(b)(2)(ii) - Logical Follow-on Order. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The award will be made to NetCentrics Corporation, 1953 Gallows Rd, STE 860 Vienna, VA 22182-3997. This requirement is to provide all personnel, management, equipment, tools,materials, supervision, and other items and services necessary to perform technical services for information security support to US Army Information Technology Agency and the and other Department of Defense agencies. This action will result in a six months period of performance extension to a Firm Fix Price contract, commencing on September 30, 2011. The NAICS code for this requirement is 541519 with a size standard of $25.0M. This Notice of Intent to award a sole source contract extension is not a request for competitive proposals. There is no solicitation document. No RFP will be available for competitive proposals. Phone calls will not be accepted.
