- Description
- The United States Department Of Agriculture (USDA), Agricultural Research Service, Robert W. Holley Center intends to award a purchase order to Water Corporation, 34 Maple Street, Milford, MA 01757. This is a sole source procurement under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or service will satisfy agency requirements. This is a requirement of the Robert W. Holley Center, ARS, USDA at Ithaca, NY for a two (2) year Total Assurance Warranty (TAW) and Performance Maintenance (PM) agreement for their XEVOG2QTOF - XEVO G2 QTOF System and MSOKA01544 Mass Lynx Software two (2) year plan. Factory trained engineers and guaranteed genuine Waters parts are included in a full comprehensive visit. This agreement is a comprehensive support and instrument maintenance contract which includes priority access to high quality on site and /or telephone support and software upgrades. This agreement is available only through Waters Corporation. The Government does not intend to pay for any information provided under this notice. This synopsis does not constitute a solicitation, however all responsible sources that believe they can meet all the requirements may submit a quote, which shall be considered. If no responses are received by 2:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time, 23, 2011, a Sole Source contract will be pursued with Waters Corporation.
