- Description
- The FLC Norfolk Contracting Department, Groton Office requests responses from qualified sources capable of providing the required copier maintenance for the model numbers listed in solicitation. This is a Combined Presolicitation Synopsis/Solicitation Notice for commercial services prepared in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures for commercial items found at FAR 13.5 as supplemented with the additional information included in this notice. This synopsis shall be posted on both the FEDBIZOPPS and NECO (https://www.neco.navy.mil/). The RFQ number is N00189-11-T-G178. The NAICS code is 811212, and the small business standard is $25M. Questions regarding technical or contractual issues must be addressed to the contract specialist via e-mail or fax ONLY. This solicitation will incorporate provisions and clauses in effect through FAR and DFARS. It is the contractors responsibility to be familiar with the applicable clauses and provisions. The clauses may be accessed in full text at these addresses: www.arnet.gov/far and www.acq.osd.mil. Lack of registration in the central contractor registration (CCR) database (www.ccr.gov) will make an offeror ineligible for award. Do not submit bids/quotes via the NECO website.
