- Description
- The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll services for Official Government Vehicles in the South Florida area toll roads for the period of 10/1/11 - 9/30/12. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedure, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This is anticipated to be a sole source award to Sunpass Florida Dept. of Transportation, as they are the only source authorized to supply monthly toll service for use of the toll roads in the South Florida area. A limited sources justification is approved and on file. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Responses shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov no later than September 16, 2011 at 12:00noon EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
