- Building Blueprint. SF-1449 combined synopsis/solicitation One Bridge crane to be installed in the new building at the North end of the Fountain City Service Base. The crane shall be a building supported top running crane system of a 10 ton Maximum lifting capacity. Scope of Work: Supply all parts and equipment for 1 fully operational 10 Ton building supported top running crane system. Specifications : Structural: Rated for 10 Ton Lifting capacity Building supported runway beams, approximately 38' in length Span between runway beams is 34' Bridge : Top running single girder 10 ton Capacity Travel speed shall be infinitely variable through a Variable Frequency Drive (VFD), Max travel speed 100 Feet per Minute (FPM) Height under Bridge Minimum 15'6" Hoist : Motor driven trolley with a travel speed that is infinitely variable through a VFD with a maximum travel speed of 65 FPM Two lifting speeds of 19/3.2 FPM Electrical : 460V-3Ph-60hz power is available The vendor shall supply all necessary electrical components and connect power from the electrical distribution panel to the crane per current electrical codes. Supply an independently traveling push button pendant which controls all functions of the crane Misc: Upon completion of installation the Vendor shall conduct operational and load testing of the crane. The vendor will coordinate with the Technical Point of Contact to have a representative of the Government on site during testing. The vendor shall supply two copies of the operator / service manual. Site visits shall be coordinated with the Technical POC. Hours of operation at the Fountain City Service Base are 0700-1530 Monday - Friday, Closed all weekends and Holidays. Any work needing to be done outside normal hours will need to be coordinated in advance with the Technical POC.
