- ACQUIRE THE REQUIRED SUPPLIES, INSTALL AND TEST FIBER OPTIC CABLE TO SUPPORT ADEQUATE CONNECTIVITY/BANDWIDTH TO THE LOCAL NETWORK AND MARINE CORPS ENTERPRISE, MARINE BARRACKS WASHINGTON, WASHINGTON, DC: TASKS: Provide and Install (1) 12 Strand Multi Mode OSP Fiber Optic cable from Building #8 to Building #6. All Fiber Optic Cable will be terminated with SC type connectors and housed in Fiber Enclosures. Provide and Install (1) 6 Strand Single Mode OSP Fiber Optic cable from Building #8 to Building #1 thru #6. Each Fiber Optic cable run will be installed in homerun fashion from Building #8. All Fiber Optic Cable will be terminated with SC type connectors and housed in Fiber Enclosures. Provide and Install (1) 6 Strand Multi Mode OSP Fiber Optic cable from Building #8 to Building #1 thru #5. Each Fiber Optic cable run will be installed in homerun fashion from Building #8. All Fiber Optic Cable will be terminated with SC type connectors and housed in Fiber Enclosures. Test existing (1) 12 Strand Multi Mode OSP Fiber Optic cable from Building #8 to Building #6. Test existing (1) 6 Strand Multi Mode OSP Fiber Optic cable from Building #8 to Buildings #1 thru Building #5. DOCUMENTATION: Contractor shall provide detailed blueprints of the fiber optic cable infrastructure to be provided to the Government immediately after completing the installation.
