Description

The Lexington VA Medical Center Cooper Drive Division Lexington, KY intends to award a sole source contract to Herman Miller GSA #GS-28F-8049H for furniture. This furniture is to replace furniture along the way as furniture needs replacing and it needs to be the same furniture as already in place for standardization pursuant to FAR 6.302-1(b)(4). This Special Notice is NOT a request for competitive quotes. NAICS code 337211 is applicable to this solicitation and the business size standard is 500. The V A anticipates this requirement will be awarded at a fair and reasonable price by comparing past procurement histories.
