- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE CONTRACT using the simplified acquisition procedures of FAR Part 13 to procure a maintenance and service in support of the Marine Corps Network Operations and Security Center (MCNOSC). The Government intends to award a sole source contract for the above products to the firm of Corbett Technology Solutions Inc, 4151 Lafayette Center Drive Suite 700 Chantilly, Virginia 20151. The Proposed contract action is for maintenance services for which the Government intends to solicit only one source. Under the authority of FAR 8.405-6 (b)(2), DURATION: This requirement is for a one year of service for governmnet owed equipment. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed purchase order/contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
