- Sources Sought Solicitation Number: VA24811RI1497 Notice Type: Sources Sought Synopsis: This is a sources sought announcement only and is not a request for proposal or quotes. The Department of Veterans Affairs, NF/SG Veterans Healthcare System, Malcom Randall VA Medical Center, 1601 SW Archer Rd, Gainesville Fl 32608, is seeking to determine availability of Software/Equipment Maintenance of the Pyxis equipment located at the Jacksonville, Fl facility Provide software updates to the Pharmacy Department, GI Lab, Eye Clinic, MedSurg2, Jaxsouthpoint and Jax MHC. Service systems to ensure they are operating at the optimum levels. Provide regular software updates. Provide remote technical assistance to troubleshoot and repair system. The North American Industry Classification system (NAICS) numbers are 541519, 541512, 532490, 423450, 339999 These requirements are not flexible. Firms/Companies with interest and capability responding to all these requirements should develop a short narrative including relevant documentation, specific evidence and any other information indicating the capability to successfully fulfill the aforementioned requirements.
