- This is a notice of intent to award a sole source purchase order and is not for competitive proposals under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The government intends to solicit a quote and enter into a purchase order with Phillips Medical for the purchas of a Intellivue MX700 and accessories. These items are for patient care monitoring, recording and alarming of multiple physological parameters of adults and pedicatric patients. It can display 12 real time ECG waves,rythm strip and all ST values.The Phillip monitor are able to interface with our Peri-Operative Information System (POIS).
