- THE PURPOSE OF THIS MODIFICATION IS TO EXTEND THE CLOSING DATE TO 14 SEP 2011 AND ANWSER QUOTE ASKED ON 26 AUGUST 2011. QUESTIONS: CLIN 0001 - how many Cisco IP Phone 7975G are in each case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, etc.)? CLIN 0002 - how many HP8530P Elite laptops per case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, mice, etc.)? CLIN 0003 - how many Tandberg 1000MXP conference systems per case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, etc.)? CLIN 0004 - how many IRS radios per case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, antenna, etc.)? CLIN 0005 - how many Elite books per case? CLIN 0006 - how many Xerox Phaser 3600N printers per case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, ink cartridges, etc.)? CLIN 0007 - how many HP6320 laptops per case? Does their need to be room for accessories (i.e., cord, cables, mice, etc.)? ANSWERS: CLIN 0001-0007 Yes, there needs to be room for the cables, cords etc. CLIN 0001: Case with edge casters to safely transport VOIP phones. Description/Justification of Issue: This is to protect (10) VOIP phones per case during exercises and deployments. CLIN 0002: HP8530P Elite Book Cases Description/Justification of Issue: This is to protect and safely transport (10) tactical workstations during exercises and deployments. CLIN 0003: Tandberg 1000MXP Case to safely transport VTC suite. Description/Justification of Issue: This is to protect (1) Tandberg VTC suite during exercises and deployments. CLIN 0004: ISR Radio Case Description/Justification of Issue: Holds 8 with Accessories This is to protect (8) ISR Radio with accessories during exercises and deployments. CLIN 0005: HP8530P Elite Book Case Single - 1 per case to protect equipment. Description/Justification of Issue: This is to protect and safely transport (1) tactical workstation during exercises and deployments. CLIN 0006: Xerox Phaser 3600N Printer Case Description/Justification of Issue: This is to protect and safely transport (1) Xerox Phaser 3600N Printer during exercises and deployments.
