- Sole Source Letter Whiteman AFB intends to award as a sole source solicitation, in accordance with FAR 6.302-1, a contract for the Battlefield Operations Support Systems. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334220 and the small business size is 750 employees. The entire justification and approval (J&A) will be made available on FedBizOps (FBO) Web Site. Paper copies will not be made available. You may download the J&A on this notification. Once the J&A is posted, on or after 19 September 2011 award will be made.
