- The Marine Corps Base, Camp Lejeune, has a requierment to obtain a contract for rental and servicing of portable toilets for all activities aboard Marine Corps Base Camp Lejeune, and satellite activities. Rental of the portable toilets should include scheduled cleaning and maintenance of the toilets in accordance with the Statement of Work, Section C. B2 PROCUREMENT APPROACH. This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. A firm fixed-price requirements contract will be awarded for this requirement. This acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5, Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. M67001-11-Q-0182 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) to provide the Government the following services: Contractor shall provide non-personal services for rental, servicing, and maintenance of an estimated combined quantity of approximatley 1,100 portable toilets aboard the Camp Lejeune North Carolina complex and satellite activities. The requirement is for a Base period and two (2) one year option periods to be exercised at the discretion of the Government. The RFQ documents and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-50, and DFARS Change Notice (DCN) 20100408. The proposed acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 562991. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. Lack of registration in the CCR will make an Offeror ineligible for award or for any future awards. Information on registering in CCR may be obtained by calling (888)227-2423 or via the internet at http://www.ccr.gov. The provision at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. The service the contractor provides shall comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations. The line items and estimated quantities are provided in SECTION B7 SCHEDULE OF ITEMS. B3 BASIS FOR AWARD. The Government will make award to the quoter that is Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable with satisfactory past performance. B4TYPE OF CONTRACT. This is a requirements type contract in accordance with FAR 52.216-21 REQUIREMENTS (Oct 1995), for rental and service of portable toilets as listed below. The rental prices quoted shall include all costs for rental, delivery, service, repair, replacement, maintenance, and removal of portable toilets furnished under this contract.
