Description: The United States General Services Administration (GSA) is seeking interested Service Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Businesses to perform the following on the 2nd through 6th floors of the Frank Hagel Federal Building, Richmond, CA: Painting of the 4th & 5th floors and entire area of stairwell "D", which is from Basement through 6th floors. Prep all areas according to the cyclical painting schedule an dmake ready for painting. Paint all areas that were prepped. All paint is Kelly Moore- Walls are to be painted "Swiss Coffee" Semi-Gloss. All doors and door jambs will be painted "Doeskin" semi-gloss. Paint should have the lowest VOC rating possible as there have been in the past many complaints about the foul odors. Replacement of Conference Room Carpet Squares Remove existing 4" rubber cove base and dispose of. Extreme caution should be taken when removing base as the wall could be damaged up above during removal. It is suggested that a razor knife be used during removal. Remove and dispose of carpet tiles fromthe following conference rooms - 210W, 320E, 420E, 430W, 510W, 520E, Acquarium room 6th Floor W, ARC/MOS Conference Room 6th Floor East, ORC conference Room 6th W, Bay Bridge 6th Floor West. Prep all floors prior to installaion of carpet tiles. Install new commercial grade carpet tiles and new 4' rubber black cove base in all conference rooms. The project will require night and weekend work.
