- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), solicitation number FA4625-11-Q-0067. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 334290. For the purpose of this procurement the Service Disabled Veteran Owned small business size standard is 750 Employees. All offers are to remain valid for a period of 60 days. Basis for Award; The Government will award a contract from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. Paper copies of the Request for Quotation shall not be made available. Requirement: for the installation of a Public Address System for the Weapons Storage Area at Whiteman AFB, MO IAW with statement of work 12 Sep 11. ***** ONLY 1 SITE VISIT WIL BE MADE AVIALIABLE - 19 SEP 11 at 0900 ***** ***** PLEASE RESPOND NLT 1300 ON 15 SEP 11 WITH NAME, SSN, DOB, DRIVER LICENSE#, STATE, CITIZEN STATUS FOR SITE VISIT **** Basis for Award: a FFP contract shall be awarded to the contractor whose offer represents the best value to the Government.
