- This is a NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE SOURCE PURCHASE ORDER using the acquisition of commercial items procedures of FAR Part 12 to procure InfoDesk content delivery services. The services to be procured are web infoviewer, web infosearch, webipublish, up to 10 websites and telephone and email support. Under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, the Government intends to award a sole source contract for this service to InfoDesk, 660 White Plains Road, Suite 300, Tarrytown, NJ 10591. This purchase order will be awarded for a period of one year with no options.
