- Notice Justification N00183-11-T-0588 - Notice Details Vendors are to reference N00183-11-T-0588 on all inquiries. Government reserves the right to: (1)This requirement is a Limited Source procurement and will be awarded based upon an -All or Nothing Evaluation-. (2)The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of DFAR 217.7501(b)(2). A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. (3)Items are instruments and consumables fitted to specific proprietary medical apparatus - DePuy Hand Innovation DVRA Set - with F3 and MDTP; DVRA Tray System Instrumentation, to include a Drill Guide, Peg Driver, Bone Depth Gage, Bone Clamps, Retractor Mini Hohmann, and various DVR Anatomic Narrow/Wide/Extra plating systems and Depuy component parts, with Optional F3 Tray System Instrumentation and Tray. (4)The Naval Medical Center Portsmouth utilizes the on-site manufacturer consultant in pre-surgical planning as well as attending any necessary surgical procedures in the Main Operating Suite and the Ambulatory Operating Suite, as well as servicing the account to facilitate prompt delivery of product and consulting services. Note: vendor will be required to provide billing electronically via the WAWF Electronic Invoicing method.
