- Description: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number F3HSQ11214AQ02(TurnstileMaintenance) is issued as a request for quotation. Funds are currently available. Quotations must be good for one month after the closing post date. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. This solicitation is restricted and opened as a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System ( NAICS) code is 238290. The business size standard is $14.0M. Offutt AFB intends to issue a Request for Quotation (RFQ) for: Line Item: 1. Turnstile maintenance : 12 month Base Period, plus, 4 one year option periods The CLIN structure will be as follows: 0001 Turnstile Maintenance (Base Year) 12 months $______________ 1001 Turnstile Main. Opt 1 12 months $______________ 1002 Turnstile Main. Opt 2 12 months $______________ 1003 Turnstile Main. Opt 3 12 months $______________ 1004 Turnstile Main. Opt 4 12 months $______________ The Emergency Calls are anticipated at 6 per year and The Routine Calls are anticipated at 12 per year. Please refer to the Statement of work for more details. Please submit a qoute for the base year and each of the option years. Offutt Air Force Base is seeking a contractor to provide all management, tools, supplies, equipment, and labor necessary to inspect, and repair all turnstiles and related equipment in the USSTRATCOM Complex, Offutt AFB, NE. Refer to The Statement of Work attached. Accomplish maintenance and inspection actions in a manner to ensure continuous turnstile operations. Perform all maintenance and work in accordance with typical commercial practices and/or manufacturer specifications. Contractor must be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to WWW.CCR.GOV to register prior to submitting quote. GOVERNMENT INTENDS TO ISSUE ONE (1) CONTRACT BUT RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CONSIDER PARTIAL BIDS.
