- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation document fo Woodshop Move. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for the packing and moving of items located in the Arts and Crafts center. It is prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Solicitation FA4620-11-Q-A152 is issued as a request for quote (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, effective 4 Aug 2011. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 811310 and the small business size is $7.0M. The unit Small Business Specialist is Mr. Michael P. Gilbert, (509) 247-4880; link to USAF Small Business, http://www.selltoairforce.org; link to SBA, http://sba.gov. Fairchild AFB has a requirement for the packing and moving of items located in the Arts and Crafts center; Bldg 2185, Deel Recreation Center, to Bldg 2447C on Fairchild AFB.
