- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following services: 1) Electronic Fuse Modification for Improved Decoy Tester Programmer, Qty 22. This requirement is sole sourced to Micro-Beat, Inc., 2052 Crown View Street, Henderson, NV 89052 as the only vendor able to provide these services as they were involved in the development of the IDTP and solely developed the IDTP software. Any firms believing that they can provide these services may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the services without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
