- The Small Business Administration, Office of Chief Financial Officer, Acquisition Division, on behalf of the Office of General Counsel intends to award a sole source to PACER Service Center for Public Access to Court Electronic Records under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. Public Access to Court Electronic Records (PACER) is available from and operated by Federal Judiciary (U.S. Administrative Office of the Courts) and is the only known source that can provide these services. This service enables the SBA/OCFO/OGC legal staff to access electronic database to obtain complete, current and accurate case and docket information from Federal Supreme, Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes, however all responses received before the closing date of this announcement will be considered by the Government. Information received will also be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
