- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: 1) Hyperlynx SI DDRx Ap Floating, Qty 1; 2) Hyperlynx SI DDRx Ap Floating Support, Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to EDA Direct, 4701 Patrick Henry Drive, #1301 Santa Clara, California 95054 as the only vendor able to provide this software as it must be compatible with the existing Mentor Graphics Ap software. Any firms believing that they can provide the software may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than the date posted on this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the materials without causing programmatic hardship. All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency.
