- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number 0010089262 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53, Effective 04 August 2011. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business concerns and is under North American Industry Classification Standards (NAICS) code 333120 with the number of employees not to exceed 750. Description of Requirement: CLIN 0001: The request is for a one-time buy of a 6 cubic yard snow bucket with bolt on cutting edge lugged to fit JRB coupler on a John Deere 624J If an equivalent is submitted, specifications shall be included in the quote for approval. CLIN 0002: The request is for a one-time buy of a Hydraulic pallet fork assembly, 84" carriage, 2.5" x 6" x 72" hydraulic adj tines lugged to fit JRB coupler on a John Deere 624J. If an equivalent is submitted, specifications shall be included in the quote for approval. CLIN 0003: This request is for a one-time buy of a 30" smooth lip clean-up bucket pinned to fit John Deere 310J backhoe. If an equivalent is submitted, specifications shall be included in the quote for approval. Quote shall be structured to show a CLIN breakdown of the proposed equipment. Quote shall include all shipping, freight, delivery and handling fees and charges to FOB Destination on Fort Wainwright, Alaska 99703. Quote Information: Quotes shall be submitted and received no later than Monday, September 15, 2011, at 1700 hours (5:00 P.M.) Alaska Standard Time. Quotes may be e-mailed or faxed to the attention of primary point of contact listed below.
