- F2M3CC1158A004-Nguyen The 802d Contracting Squadron at Lackland AFB, TX intends to award a sole source firm fixed priced purchase order to: Technovations Integration Group, 4868 Research Dr, San Antonio TX, 78240-5005 for a EOC A/V Remodel. The (justification) procurement is in the best interest of the Government because the same Company was used. The propsed contract asction is for a service for which the government intends to award to once source under authority of FAR 13.501. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. However, the government will consider all proposals received within one hour after the publication of the this notice. The government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in preparation of request for quotation. Requirements for this purchase: NUMBER ITEM QUANTITY UNIT 0001 Installation of A/V model systems consist of a basic control system, admistering classroom audio /video system. 1 Lot A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract will be based on responses to this notice and is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for informational purposes. This procurement is set-aside for small business and the intent of this procurement is to award based on technical ability, ready availability and cost. The proposed contract action is for commercial items which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR subpart 27.4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 and DFARS Change Notice 20110819, Standard Industrial Code 5836, North American Industry Classification System Code 334310, and Size Standard of 750 employees. The Government intends to evaluate and award without discussions on this procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on sole source requirement.
