- Amendment 03 General Services Administration (GSA), Public Buildings Service, Greater Southwest Region, intends to solicit proposals for Full Maintenance Services at various buildings in the following primary locations: Houston and Galveston, Texas. Offerors will be expected to provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies necessary to perform Operations and Maintenance, Custodial Services, and Grounds Maintenance. The facilities covered by this specification will encompass approximately 1,565,784 aggregate square feet in approximately 9 buildings which range in size from 412 square feet to 495,426 square feet. In accordance with FAR 52.219-6, this procurement is a competitive TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. At the time that a small business submits its offer, it must represent to the Contracting Officer that it is a small business concern under the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 561210 with the small business size of $35.5M. Offers are solicited only from small business concerns. Offers received from concerns that are not small business concerns shall be considered nonresponsive and will be rejected. The solicitation number will be GS-07P-11-JU-D-0044. The procurement will be awarded using FAR Part 15 procedures. The period of performance is for a base of twelve (12) months with four (4) one-year option periods to begin on or about 01/01/2012. The contract type will be an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity type contract with Firm Fixed Price monthly payments for basic services. The solicitation will be issued in electronic format only and will be posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website at https://www.fbo.gov/. No phone or fax requests for a copy of solicitation will be accepted. Potential offerors will be responsible for downloading the solicitation and for monitoring the website for possible amendments and/or additional information. The solicitation will be available for download on or about 07/11/2011. Proposal submissions will be due on 09/26/2011. Offerors MUST be registered in the CCR database in order to participate in this procurement. The website for CCR is http://www.ccr.gov. Offerors are required to use the Online Representation and Certifications Application (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov for Representation and Certification submissions under this solicitation.
