- SP470311Q0163-DOL-WD-ATT#2 SP470311Q0163-SOW-ATT#1 SOLICITATION SP470311Q0163 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6. Solicitation # SP4703-11-Q-0163 with SOW is attached to this notice. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-24. This procurement is unrestricted. The NAICS code is 237130. The small business size standard is 33.5 Million. Department of Labor Wage Determination No. 2005-2545, Rev. 15 (dtd 06/13/2011), Area: Virginia is applicable to this RFQ. The requirement is for DLA Aviation @ Richmond, VA to obtain a service to provide excavation, installation of manhole system and pulling of copper and fiber system per attached Statement of Work (SOW). The Grand Total price will be used as the only basis for award. No partial quotes will be accepted. The contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) prior to award. If not already registered in CCR, go to www.ccr.gov to register prior to submitting your offer. See attached RFQ for clauses and provisions.
