- provisions The Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for toll expenses for the period of 10/1/11 - 9/30/12 at the following locations: Mass Turnpike, Tobin Bridge, Callahan Tunnel, and Ted Williams Tunnel. The Government intends to issue a single, firm-fixed price purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All applicable provisions and clauses are in the attached matrix. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on best value. Evaluation factors include: 1) Technical capability and 2) Past Performance. Price will also be considered. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to alyse.n.white@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 9/13/11 at 2:00pm EST. Questions and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 9/15/11 at 2:00pm EST. Late submissions will not be accepted.
