- This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is W912L7-11-Q-0080 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). This requirement is being set aside 100% small business, associated NAICS code is 333999 with a size standard of 500. All responsible sources may submit a quote, which shall be considered by the agency. Quotes may be submitted in hard copy or electronically, either through regular mail, email, or by facsimile. Regardless of method of delivery, it is the offerors responsibility to ensure receipt of quotes by the time and date stated herein. Contractors shall submit a lump sum quote to include all charges. Response to this solicitation must be received via email, fax, mail, or delivery by September 15, 2011, no later than 12:00 PM CST at 4875 Swinnea Road, Memphis TN 38118.
