- (i)This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. "Notice to Offerors: Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made under this solicitation until funds are available. The Government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after the closing date." (ii) The solicitation number is F2N34R1245AC01; this solicitation is a Request for Quotation. (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through FAC 2005-48. (iv) There is no small business set-aside for this acquisition. This acquisition will be full and open competition; the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 444190. The business size standard is $19.0 Million. (v) CLIN 0001-Power/Flex with 1.5"rollers, Model:B/FP (1.5)-18-12, Capacity Per Fit:100 lbs, Width: 24 in, Standard Lengths Compacted/Expanded: 16 ft. to 48 ft, Adjustable Conveyor Height: 31 ½" to 44 ½", Leg Sets Per Unit: 14, Roller Axle Centers (Extended): 5 in or equal. If quote is or equal provide specifications. (QTY:2 Each) Include shipping cost in each line item. FOB Destination (vi) See paragraph (v).
