- DESCRIPTION The McClellan Park Consolidated Contracting Activity (CCA) is issuing a Sources Sought Notice to determine if there are any Small Businesses that can provide Fire Protection for the Livermore VA Medical Center, located 4951 Arroyo Rd, Livermore, California 94550. The work requires the Contractor to operate a Contractor-Owned Contractor-Operated (COCO) Fire Station, which provides the services of fire suppression to the Livermore Division of VA Palo Alto Health Care System (VAPAHCS). Contractor will be required to respond to all emergency calls and fire alarms. The service shall be provided 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year. The Period of Performance of the Base Year begins on/about May 1, 2012 through April 30, 2013 with four option years. The NAICS is 922160. The Solicitation number has not been determined as yet. Interested small business firms should email their interest to leala.jew@va.gov by Sep 30, 2011. Email the following information - Name of the Company, POC name, phone numbers (Lan line and cell), email address, and CCR/DUNS number. All vendors must be registered in CCR and if the small business is a Veteran Owned Business, they must be certified in the VetBiz website - http://vip.vetbiz.gov/ Recommend all interested vendors to wait for the issuance of the Solicitation document to view the requirements, Statement of Work, and any other documents associated with the solicitation. Due date and time for submission of the proposal will be indicated on the SF1449 line item 8.
