- ***Customer Responses to Vendor Questions.*** Q. In the SOW it states - "The contractor will also develop a bill of materials (BOM) to match the 100% design. The assembly of the system will be provided by the Contractor. No labor is required. Each Offeror shall be responsible for obtaining any documents not attached as part of this RFP but referenced as criteria for the project. The system will be installed and certified by government provided labor, no Contractor labor is required." The verbiage is contradictory does the contractor have to include installation or not? A. All installation will be done by troop labor, not contractor labor is required. Q. In the plans on page (sheet) SF-4 of Building 10156 check head layout on section view on the open web trusses? A. There is a sprinkler layout. Q. Second floor sheet SF-3 check sprinkler head layout? A. There is a sprinkler layout. Q. When will the supply riser be brought into building? Will it be brought into building per sheet SF-1? A. The rise will be brought into the building according to the drawings. Materials should be provided in order to bring the riser into the building from an existing 6" line. See FS-4 Q. Can this RFQ due date be pushed back a day to 9/13/2011? A. The due date can be pushed 24 hours. Q. Please clarify does the contractor have to supply the installation or not? A. All installation will be done by troop labor, not contractor labor is required. ***Solicitation has been extended to 13 Sept 11 @ 1200 PST.***
