- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation Statement of Work and descriptions of service This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, F1H3AF1251A001, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-53, effective 4 August 2011. This procurement is a Total Small Business set-aside IAW FAR Part 6 and Subpart 19.5. The North American Industry Classification code for this procurement is 561730. The small business size standard for this procurement is $7.0M. The Standard Industry Code is 0782. The following service is requested in this solicitation: SERVICES, NON-PERSONAL; Furnish all labor, tools, materials, facilities, and transportation necessary to provide as required. 0001- Remove 140 trees between N and M Streets from 9th Street to 12th Street to grade. Various Oak, Pine, and Ash. Must conform to attached Statement of Work and to all, but not limited to, regulatory requirements and standards listed therein. 0002 - Remove 840 trees at F Street and Gavin Mandry Drive to grade. Eucalyptus. Must conform to attached Statement of Work and to all, but not limited to, regulatory requirements and standards listed therein. 0003 - Remove 240 trees at A Street and Gavin Mandry Drive to grade. Eucalyptus. Must conform to attached Statement of Work and to all, but not limited to, regulatory requirements and standards listed therein. 0004 - Remove 134 trees at Security Fence construction area indicated. Various Black Walnut and Osage Orange. Must conform to attached Statement of Work and to all, but not limited to, regulatory requirements and standards listed therein. Period of Performance: 3 Oct 11 or earlier to 11 Nov 11 or earlier. 9th Civil Engineering Squadron POC: Mary Carrelli, 530-634-5122. The Government reserves the right to award on a multiple award or an all or none basis. Offerors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration database @ www.ccr.gov to be considered for award. Quotes must be received no later than 4:30 PM PST, Tuesday, 20 September, 2011.
