- This is a notice of intent to place a sole source award. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for the acquisition of a 12-month subscription for 11-20 users to Secunia Vulnerability Intelligence Manager (VIM). The only known source in the world for the Secunia VIM product is Secunia, Weidekampsgade 14 A, DK-2300 Copenhagen S. Denmark. All responsible, business entities capable of providing a technically acceptable product are solicited to submit a quotation to arrive no later than Friday, September 16, 2011 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Concurrently submit your technical qualifications statement and your quotation via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla,.mil. Place "RFQ # SP4707-11-Q-0131" in the SUBJECT line of the e-mail message.
