- This is a notice of intent to issue a sole source award. The Defense Logistics Agency has a requirement for the acquisition of 12 months of FACSYS Maintenance Services for network based fax messaging gateway client/server network. The only known technically-acceptable source to provide this maintenance service is Microset Systems, Inc., 1335 Morningside Avenue, Unit #7, Ontario, Canada M1B 5M4. Inspection, acceptance and F.O.B. are at destination, Columbus, Ohio. Place of performance is 3990 E. Broad Street, Columbus. Ohio. Period of performance is September 29, 2011 to September 28, 2012. All responsible, business entities capable of providing a technically acceptable service are solicited to submit a quotation to arrive no later than Friday, September 16, 2011 at 9 a.m. Eastern Time. Concurrently submit your technical qualifications statement and your quotation via e-mail to David.Straughn@dla,.mil. Place "RFQ # SP4707-11-Q-0132" in the SUBJECT line of the e-mail message.
