- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation (CSS) for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-53, Effective 04 August 2011 and Defense Federal Regulation Supplement (DFARs), current to DPN 20110819 (Effective 19 August 2011) Edition. It is the responsibility of the contractor to be familiar with the applicable provisions and clauses which can be accessed in full text at www.farsite.hill.af.mil. This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quotations (RFQ) under Solicitation Number W9124R11T1085. This action is solicited as a 100% small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 335929 with a size standard of 1,000 employees. Quotes are being solicited on a Lowest Price Technically Acceptable basis. All quotes shall include transportation costs to USAYPG Yuma, Arizona 85365-9498. Arizona vendors are to include Arizona Privilege Tax. 1.Reels are of steel construction 2.Hold 1.6km of WD-1A field wire 3.Must have a 1"x1" s square hole for use when deploying cable 4.Must fit a RL-31-E reel unit 5.Must meet Mil Spec The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), Yuma, Arizona is requesting quotes for a quantity of seventy seven (77), unit of issue: each, description: 1.6 kilometers of WD1-A/TT communications field wire that will be wound upon seventy seven RL-159 cable reels that will be provided by The United States Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG). Offerors must provide the Unit Price, Total Price, and Total Extended Price for all Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). No partial bids will be accepted. Please annotate on your quote whether you would prefer VISA or WAWF payment. Offerors shall account for any costs associated with accepting credit card payment. This RFQ closes on 14 September 2011 at 12:00 Noon Mountain Standard Time (MST). Responses to the RFQ shall be submitted by e-mail to the point of contact identified below by the closing date indicated in the CSS. You may also forward your information to facsimile (928) 328-6849.
