Description
The 410thCSB RCO-Miami contracting office intends to intend to negotiate and award a sole source commercial contract with Gallup, Inc., doing business as The Gallup Organization, 901 F Street NW, Ste 400, Washington, DC 20004-1417, for the purchase of 12 License s for Gallup World Report. The licenses will provide unique data polling information from across the world and specifically for Latin America that facilitates World Class information used in developing products for senior decision makers. The intent is to issue a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis under simplified acquisition procedures and Other than Full and open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. Quotes are not being requested and a written solicitation will not be used. Interested contractors must provide information no later than 4:00 p.m. ESTon 16 September 2011 via email to richard.taylor@hq.southcom.mil. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The intent of this procurement is to award based on Sole Source Acquisition. Incorporated Clauses and Provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53 effective 4 August 2011 and DFARs DPN 20010725 effective 25 July 2011. North American Industry Classification System Code for this requirement is 541910 and the size standard is 7.050 employees.
