- WJCC-RFQ-Securty-Camera-Alarm-Monitoring-2011 MTC Standard Vendor Self-Certification form Management & Training Services, a private Job Corps Operator, would like to thank you for expressing interest in providing Security Camera & Burglar Alarm Monitoring Services for the Wilmington Job Corps Center. The center is located at 9 Vandever Avenue, Wilmington, DE 19802. Services to be provided are outlined in the scope of work. All bids must be returned by mail, electronically ( Sandra.clore@mtctrains.com ) or fax (801-693-2900) and received no later than 2:00 PM (MST) on September 30, 2011.
