- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation, N4155711RC115FS, is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a small business set-aside IAW FAR 19.502. The NAICS code is 337110and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following commercial items are requested in this solicitation: CLIN 0001: 120 ea. 36" Vanity & Top Single built in bowl construction Top of vanity to be constructed of a hard plastic with single built in bowl. No backsplash or sides required. Bowl size approximately 17" x 13" Sink to have standard drain (flip top or pop up), overflow drain, and standard p-trap. Oak finish vanity... need not be solid wood Approximate dimensions: 19"D x 36"H ( finish height...may vary ) x 36"W Two front doors with chrome finish hardware. CLIN 0002: 120 ea. Medicine Cabinet with Built-In Light (incandescent or florescent) No light switch required...will be hardwired to wall switch. Oak finish Adjustable Interior Shelves Approximate dimensions: 5"D x 30"H x 30"W CLIN 0003: 120 ea. Bathroom Vanity Faucet Single handle operation to fit Vanity in CLIN 00001 Polished chrome finish ***AWARD WILL BE MADE ON THE BASIS OF THE LOWEST EVALUATED PRICE OF QUOTES MEETING OR EXCEEDING ACCEPTABILITY STANDARDS FOR NON-COST FACTORS. *** ***ALL SHIPPING COSTS MUST BE INCLUDED WITH FINAL QUOTE. *** FOB is destination- Tracy, CA Items should be shipped no later than 60 days ADC, FOB: Destination for delivery to Tracy, CA. The following provisions and clauses apply to this acquisition: FAR 52.211-6, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items. Quotes will be evaluated and awarded to the offeror with the lowest price technically acceptable.
