- SCHEDULE OF SUPPLIES (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Proposals are requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Anticipated award date is September 26, 2011. (ii) This solicitation/synopsis reference number is N6847011T0250 and is being issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ). (iii) This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53, dated 04 August 2011. (iv) The associated NAICS code is 339112. (v)(vi) Contractors shall submit a quote for a brand name or equal All responsible sources may submit a quotation which shall be considered by the agency. The deadline for questions pertaining to this requirement is 1200, JST, September 16, 2011. CLIN 0001 - Jackson Table System or equal, Quantity 1 lot, Total Price __________________. See attachment for the Schedule of Supplies (vii) Delivery FOB Destination to DSJ Warehouse 30- Tracy Ca 95304 within 30 days ARO. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers in the following relative order of importance: 1.Technical capability of the item offered to meet the Government requirement. 2. Price.
