- Forms packet. COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION Maintenance Support for existing Xerox copiers. (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). Submit written quotes on RFQ Number NEEF4100-11-03604_v2. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-53. (IV) This solicitation is being issued with a total small business Set-aside preference. The associated NAICS code is 811212. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for the following item(s): 1. Annual (12 month) maintenance and support agreement for seven existing, functioning, Xerox copiers. (VI) Description of requirements is as follows: • One year (12 month) maintenance agreement • "Cost Per Print" agreement preferred (with supplies and maintenance included) ; regular maintenance service will be considered • Maintenance response of two (2) hours or less and repair technician on-site within four (4) hours from service call Make/Model of existing black/white, only, copiers and annual volume: • Xerox 5150 - annual estimated volume = 12,625 • Xerox 425 - annual estimated volume = 2,879 • Xerox 430 DC - annual estimated volume = 9,729 • Xerox 430 DC - annual estimated volume = 2,110 • Xerox 545 - annual estimated volume = 44,765 • Xerox 430 DC - annual estimated volume = 7,182 • Xerox 430 DC - annual estimated volume = 260 (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance is date of award for 12 months to NOAA/National Climatic Data Center, 151 Patton Ave., Asheville, NC 28801 and FOB Destination. (VIII) FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial Items (2005-53), applies to this acquisition. (IX) FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items (2005-53), The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Offers that provide all requirements according to the specifications will be evaluated on price. (X) FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications - Commercial Items (2005-53), with its quote. An offeror shall complete only paragraph (b) of this provision if the offeror has completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at http://orca.bpn.gov. If an offeror has not completed the annual representations and certifications electronically at the ORCA website, the offeror shall complete only paragraphs (c) through (m) of this provision. (XI) The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items (2005-53), applies to this acquisition. (XII) The clause at FAR 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes or Executive Orders - Commercial Items (2005-53) applies to this acquisition.
