- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation. This attachment also includes the Statement of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, and a Site Visit Information Sheet The government has a 50x80x23 Sprung Manufactured structure that needs to be erected at the Naval Air Station in Corpus Christi, TX. The effort will require minor design for the structure anchors, erection of the unit, including exhaust fans, and lighting. However, the electrical work will be limited to install/mount with raceways and pull strings. Electrical connections will be made by government personnel. Please see the attached combined synopsis/solicitation. This document includes the Statement of Work, Davis Bacon Wage Determination, and Site Visit information sheet. You are welcome to visit the site on September 14, 2011 between the hours of 10:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. POCs for the site visit are included in the attachment. Please submit your technical and price quotation to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov on or before 11:00 a.m. EDT, September 19, 2011. Submit any questions to barbara.b.wilson@dhs.gov on or before COB September 14, 2011. Award will be made to the lowest priced technically acceptable vendor IAW the instructions in the combined synopsis/solicitation.
