- The Library of Congress intends to issue RFQs to existing Basic Ordering Agreement holders who previously qualified for this process by responding to RFP LCFDL11R7900 - FEDLINK Preservation Services for the provision of new preservation digitization, and related services on behalf of DOSV and other FEDLINK member services. Services are used by federal libraries and information centers worldwide. Written responses should include prices and technical data sufficient to determine capability.
