Description

AAC/PKOB, Eglin AFB, FL, intends to solicit and award a sole source firm-fixed price contract to continue to lease a modular facility to M Space Holdings under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(B)(1)(i). This requirement is for: CLIN 0001: (11 MONTHS) LEASE OF MODULAR FACILITY CLIN 1001: OPTION YEAR 1 (12 MONTHS) LEASE OF MODULAR FACILITY CLIN 2001: OPTION YEAR 2 (12 MONTHS) LEASE OF MODULAR FACILITY CLIN 3001: OPTION YEAR 3 (12 MONTHS) LEASE OF MODULAR FACILITY CLIN 4001: OPTION YEAR 4 (12 MONTHS) LEASE OF MODULAR FACILITY CLIN 4002: BREAKDOWN OF MODULAR FACILITY The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) for this acquisition is 531120 with a small business size standard of $7.0M. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice is not a request for competitive proposals/quotes. However, the government will consider all responses received within 15 days of publication. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government.
