- THIS NOTICE IS BEING FURNISHED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY The Department of Transportation/Federal Transit Administration. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE FOUR 8(a) CONTRACTORS UNDER FTA'S PROCUREMENT SYSTEM REVIEW PROGRAM CONTRACTS. Calyptus Consulting Group is one of the four (4) PSR contractors. A task order will be awarded from the base IDIQ contract. Contractors shall provide professional services for procurement system reviews and technical assistance with the objective of examining how recipients of the Federal Transit Administration funds comply with statutory and administrative requirements for procurement, especially grantees that are included in FTA's Annual Certifications and Assurances.
