- Attachment 1 - Online Paper Price List Copier Paper The United States Government Printing Office (GPO) has a requirement for copier paper. GPO is seeking a single contractor to expand the services GPO currently provides to its customers for sales and distribution of copier paper. The contractor shall provide a secure online ordering system allowing GPO's customers to place orders via the contractor's Web site seamlessly linked to the GPO Web site. The contractor shall have an existing network of distribution outlets located throughout the United States to be capable of meeting the standard delivery schedule in the Statement of Work.
