- Army Contracting Command - Rock Island intends to award a firm fixed price purchase order on a sole source basis to Pratt Audio-Visual & Video Corporation, 5010 N Brady Street, Davenport, IA for Video Teleconference System (VTC) upgrades. The purchase order will be issued on or about 20 September 2011. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source procurement action and is not a request for competitive proposals. Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to complete the proposed procurement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
