- AKO/DKO Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity The Contractor will continue performance of operations and maintenance of the AKO/DKO platform, including the Single Sign-on, Lightweight Directory Access Protocol (LDAP), Data Sharing, AKO/DKO Portal, Search, Instant Messaging and Video Messaging, and Email (POP, IMAP, and Webmail) applications work in three locations (the Fort Belvoir VA primary site, a disaster recovery site in Maryland, and a forward site in Southwest Asia).
